📄 Terms & Conditions

We offer a paid mobile app experience containing digital content (e.g. audio meditations, affirmations), which is purchased via Systeme.io and delivered through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

All payments are securely processed via Stripe. We do not store your payment details on our servers. Recurring subscriptions (if any) will renew automatically unless canceled.

After successful payment via Systeme.io, you will receive access instructions for downloading the app from the App Store or Google Play. You are responsible for maintaining your credentials and device security.

Due to the digital nature of our product and immediate access, refunds are not available once the download or streaming begins. By purchasing, you waive your 14-day EU withdrawal right (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)).

Content is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Any redistribution, resale, or public sharing is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access without refund in the event of misuse or breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, and any disputes shall be resolved under Cypriot jurisdiction.

🔁 EU Right of Withdrawal

As per Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers in the EU generally have the right to withdraw from digital content purchases within 14 days. However, this right is forfeited once digital content delivery begins with your explicit consent.

By purchasing and accessing our app, you expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal, as per Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
