• The affirmations you’d like to use (25 total), or the topic you'd like to focus on
• Let me know if you want a looped version (options: 10 mins, 30 mins, 1 hour)
• Let me know if you want to use your own visuals or want me to choose them for you

If you don’t want to provide images, I can choose suitable ones from my own library.

Once I receive your message, here's what will happen next:

1. I’ll create a Google Doc with either your affirmations or a custom script I’ve written for you
2. You can review and edit them freely — take as long as you need
3. Once finalized, please send me a message confirming you're happy with them
4. After your confirmation, I’ll record and create your video + track and deliver them within 24 hours

For visuals: I will send you a Google Drive link where you can upload your images. If using your own:

• Use portrait-format images, already cropped (no borders)
• Minimum 30 images recommended for best results
